Thanks all for the comments. I suspect the amp got hit with excessive
power and blew out the PIN diodes. The bias current of 0.6 amps is
telling me that the FETs are OK, but no change in Drain current with
drive tells me that the switch is NG. Why did I ever loan it out. Live
and learn.
