Long time no talk. Hope all is well at your house.
I would think that it would be OK. The power supply does have feet to set on 
its side.
To give more clearance for the vents on that side you might want to think about 
setting the feet on short stand offs like a couple of short pieces of 2X4.
Have you asked Elecraft Support what they think?
