If all the other bands transmit OK, then the problem is probably not with the 
KPA500. While it is very difficult to debug a situation without any 
information, please check that you do not have an alternative output selected 
on your transceiver, The fact that you have not mentioned any KPA faults tells 
me that the KPA simply is not getting any input power on 60m.
