That makes sense. The chassis screws for the K3 family are 4-40. Perhaps that is what the original AI request actually answered.
I pulled the assembly manuals and internal assembly docs. The ground screws for the K3 and K3S all use part nr E600070, which is a 6-32 thumbscrew. So, for the OP, you can contact the support folks in Watsonville and get them to send you one of these (for a small fee I assume), or perhaps find one at a good hardware store. I find that Ace hardware has an excellent supply of all sorts of screws, perhaps even these.
