I had a couple of radios in for repair and it took a little longer than expected, but considering how much they do what with Dayton happening this week I can understand. They are not a gigantic corporation and I suspect that some of them wear more than I hat. Go to one of the mapping sites and take a look at their building. Not a giant factory.
