I've long wished that there was an alternative to the Elecraft Windows app for securely connecting to my KPA1500 so I could control it using other means. I decided to just build it myself. Here's a link for my initial public release of the Elecraft KPA1500 remote host / web app for the Raspberry PI. Download and install the package, run it and it will configure itself to run at boot, with a web app on the desktop for configuring your connection to the amp and the credentials for connecting. With this you can use any browser to securely connect to your amp. Additional instructions are in the link; the source code is published in case someone wants to compile it for a different distro. Currently, this app only supports hosting one amp with one set of credentials, but it's easy for me to add more amp hosts if there is a real need for that.
