I've been working the problem, and my plan is to go to the base nearby and see if I can scrounge up any MARS operators. I know of one, but he's just a Technician Plus. On the plus side, I'll be back in the states sometime in March...ish, maybe, so I can always study, build and study, then test and start operating! Oh, and to the list: thanks!
