If you set your mail reading software to show all headers, it will
display this method:
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/
elecraft>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
In other words, send a message from your subscribed address to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], with a subject of "unsubscribe".
