Michael, If you will ever use the BL2 at its maximum rated power, then by all means ask for a replacement. If you will alway use less power than the max, the real answer is one of asthetics - if you want it to look 'pretty', then replace it, but it should work just fine even though the corner is damaged. (These are just 'educated guesses' and free advice - which is worth every penny you pay for it).
