Blew out the diodes (1N5711) in the SWR bridge of my KPA100. Thus, any attempt
to adjust the power on the KPA100 resulted in full output. Replaced them with
some diodes I had in the junk box. Rig is back working OK and power is
adjustable.
Elecraft is sending new diodes, but I wonder how different they are from what I
used. The diodes I used were BAT41's. How is BAT41 better or worse than
1N5711?
