K2 s/n 05810 is up and running!

Got the kit last Friday and it's now Tuesday!  :-)

No missing or wrong part. Instructions very easy to follow! All three smoke tests went without any kind of problems at all. Output pwr not 15, but 12 watts on 20 meter, but that should be OK, I think...

Building the the K1 a few years back was much much more difficult. Parts were missing, parts were broken (or I broke them) and all kinds of difficulties. Took me three months to get that kit together and working properly.

However, now only remains the hardest part; aligning the filters on my new K2 and, of course, to compare it to my old trusty IC-703 to confirm that I have not totally wasted my money....
