The KBT2 manual says 14.0V +/- 0.2V is needed to charge the battery. Does that mean something like an Astron putting out 13.8V is enough or is that too close to the edge? I seem to recall someone saying it was not enough ideally but can't find the note now...or maybe I'm remembering incorrectly!
