I am building a FSK keyer for RTTY and the schematic calls for a NEC 2SC945 transistor. What is a good equivalent that I can get at Radio Shack? It is an NPN transistor and I wonder if a 2N2222 would work. Just switching some lines on the Parallel port on and off. Lee - K0WA
In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense.
