The first sentence says, "Today's Order also revises the operating privileges for Technician Class licensees by eliminating a disparity ..." at least suggesting that the intent of the commission was to change only Tech privileges and not retract any privileges from the Tech+. This of course is just an announcement of the order, not the order itself.
