John, You have substantiated that the problem was a BFO alignment problem. I would strongly urge you to check the FL1 passband using Spectrogram just to be certain you have the BFOs set correctly. It is easier to use than to tell you how to do it. There are instructions for using Spectrogram in the K2 Dial Calibration article at my website http://w3fpr.qrpradio.com
