I was around at 0300 and heard one station calling ECN? on 7045. He never signed a call. I finally called CQ ECN about 0310 and he came back with a ?? But again no call.
I gave up after several tries. That was the only station I heard on 7045 or anywhere within 20 kHz of that frequency.
