Uh, oh! There *should* be an Appendix D. I suggest you e-mail
Elecraft([EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and ask them what
happened.

In the meantime, you can get Appendix D from the Elecraft web site at:

http://www.elecraft.com/manual/k2_man_revF_app_D.pdf

It's almost 6 megabytes; a bit of a download if you happen to be using a
dialup connection.

If you've built a KX1 you're well 'warmed up' for the K2. Like you said
there are more parts, but more space to match.

Subject: [Elecraft] Where's Appendix D?

Hi Group.

The mailman left me K2 #5949 yesterday and I'll be getting to that hopefully
within the next few days. I did open the box, scanned the manual and
couldn't find Appendix D photographs. Did I just miss it or maybe it doesn't
exist?

I know my KX1 manual did have photos when I built #336 a few years ago.

Also wondering if there are build differences between the KX1 and K2 in
addition to the obvious component amount difference?

Thank you.
