Bob, you need quarter wave insulated radials in the shack right at the rig ground post to eliminate the hot rf problem on each high band. Connected at the ground rod, they do no good, since that is 18 feet ? away from the RF source, (Rig). Also, how close is your antenna to the rig? Making that maximum distance separation helps.
