I had lots of fun on various 160m contests last year but so far this
year haven't had time to do any. At least until now. I'm just getting
things in shape to get going on the CQ 160m contest. Just gotta grab a
Coke to keep me awake for a couple more hours as I get going here.
Was at a Peter Frampton concert tonight. Talk about great high fidelity
audio! Don, W3LR, and fellow Elecraft builder went along with me and we
both enjoyed the show. Now on to the contest.
Oh, my KX1 is nearly done. Just have to finish final alignment and
test, hopefully tomorrow sometime. I want to get it out on the trail
next weekend for the Polar Bear event, and maybe FYBO.
