Takes me about 5 mins ... 3 to find the phillips screwdriver, and 2 to change the tops. Be careful of the two screws in the top middle of the side plates. They screw into the heat sink and it is easily stripped. It's very easy to actually drill and tap the heat sink from the side, then use a 1/2" length 4-40 screw at that location.
