Kevin, I also like the hail sign procedure. Tom heard mine while you were calling for QNI, even tho my signal didn't reach you - next time you called he quickly tapped out HYD AS and I tapped R, and knew to wait. Sure enuf he called me back for the QSP.
Now the dumb question: do I respond to NE (since I have a 2 in my callsign) or SE (since that's where I'm located)?
