Hi, In a (hopefully short) while, i'll be active as HF/QRP/Pedestrian Mobile from the top of some hills in the Italian Appennins. Together with my good friend IK4ISQ Carlo we are usually hicking along mountain trails every Sunday morning. Since i'm now building an Elecraft KX1 (see www.elecraft.com) we are planning to bring it up there (not a big deal...) erect a suitable antenna (that's a little tougher) and keep calling on 30 meters, and maybe 40 meters, for at least an hour or so, around 12 or 13 Central Europe time (GMT +1). We can't stay longer, since we must be back before dark. Do you think that there will be any interest in activating those unusual locations on CW QRP? Of course, we will keep posted by e-mail all the interested OM, well in advance.
