Les, It may or may not be a problem. You should turn to the DC voltage chart and measure the DC voltage on each of diodes D1 thru D8. If all of the voltages are roughly 10% low, it is not a problem, but if you have a bad diode, or one of them oriented the wrong way, the variation will be much more than 10%.
