The SCARC sell a Antenna Analyser kit ($140AUS including international postage, which will be not much over $100US) http://www.scarc.org.au/ I have built one of these and it works FB. It is not of the same quality as an Elecraft kit, but the price is good and you get the added bonus of making it yourself.
