Don't have experience of the psu, but a friend built the amplifier quite 
easily.  He had some problems with low mains supply at another friend's QTH, 
but it worked fine from his home QTH.  I run the heaters of another Linear Amp 
from separate stab supply. The case is all steel making it robust but very 
heavy.  You should check whether these amplifiers comply with regulations.  
Anything sold in Eu must be CE marked to show compliance with regs.    The low 
cost comes at a price IMHO.
