Hey Elecrafters, Last nite (St.Patrick's Day), I completed the Wilderness Radio SST (40m). I was able to use my N-GEN and DL1 and I was very pleased with the result. The SST was the first transceiver I completed and I found that it was extremely easy to build. (There are only 4 toroids to wind). First contact with SST was VE3DZ during contest, and my antenna was not even resonant for 40m. I am looking forward to building the elecraft W1 SWR watt meter and the XG2 test osc possibly next month. I am still learning this kit building stuff, and plan to build a couple more kits from OHR or Ten-Tec before I take the plunge and try the K1 xcvr.
