Rafal,

Those are just jumper wires in the audio path (see the schematic), so there is nothing special about them other than that they need to exist. If you plan to install either the KAF2 or the KDSP2, intall the jumpers so that you can easily remove them. In fact, if you have the KAF2 or KDSP2 kit in hand, you may want to consider installing the headers and then put in temporary jumpers.
