completely built but otherwise unused. In fact, I just completed the final
alignment and testing. It is 100% and ready to go. This one is a spare
that I received unbuilt in a package deal earlier this year. Totally
pristine condition. Includes manual, cable, original Elecraft box, and
power cord. It is ready to plug in and operate. $210 shipped in
