Hello Everyone, Just a BIG plug for the K2!
I just finished up K2 S/N 5615 with several accessories: KPA100; KNB2; KIO2; KSB2, and KDSP2. This rig - my second K2 - runs like a champ. Except for one loose wire clipping that found its way into the speaker cone and buzzed/rattled incessantly, it was assembled without a single glitch. Ron, AC7AC, steered me in the right direction for a fix with his expertise on the subject of K2 speakers. The KPA100 really smokes, figuratively speaking of course. I'm still a QRP aficionado, but the extra muscle is a pleasure to crank in when it helps to "wake up" the band.
