I hope I'm not duplicating what others may have said ...
Mount one front foot "normally" ....
Get the other foot and it's hardware laid out ready to pick up ...
Two longer ... 3/4 to 1 inch 4-40 screws ... will intitally make
the job easier.
After you get the bail in place, remove the long screws
one-at-a-time and replace them with the "normal" 4-40
screws.
It WILL work ... 6000+ of 'em are in place now ... (:-))
