To change your email list options or to subscribe / unsubscribe, go to:

Scroll to the bottom of the page to log into your preferences page and set
your mail options to 'no mail'.
The list server should be sending you your list preferences page
password information monthly. If you need help please email me directly
and we'll take care of things for you.
