It would contain the upgrade (and should have blue toroids for L16 and
RFC1, L15 not populated).
BUT - do check the value of C31. If C31 is .22uf you have *all* the
latest pieces, but if C31 is a 33nf cap, then you have one of those
troublesome 'intermediate' KPA100 kits that were shipped before the C31
problem was discovered.
