Apparently not much (to the east anyway), since Ohio is practically in the back yard of where I grew up near Rochester... Truth to tell, I knew about "Ohio, the Buckeye State", etc., but I always figured a buckeye was probably a flower or something. Lots of state sobriquets refer to flowers that grow there. Anyway, that's my excuse, and I'm stickin' to it. :-)
