Agree, and there's the problem if some nitpicky monitoring station operator has nothing better to do than listen out for IMD products. Nobody seems to care if some multi carrier digital "thing" takes out 25 kHz of the band around 7160 kHz when you guys are awake and coming through.

Of course if folks were extra cautious, then there might be room for a cw qso up there (g).
