Last year, my K2 was used on our CW station for just the "Natural Powered QSOs" = we had a guy on a bicycle driving a generator to create the power and the K2 was perfect. But when he finished and the K2 was swapped out with the brand X radio that station captain bad brought, the operator complained that he could not hear nearly as well as the K2 with all the overload products from brand X.
So this year, my faithful serial number 1369 100W K2 was requested for full time duty plus the "Natural Power" QSOs.... If you worked N5TT on CW, you worked a K2. Great to be back on the reflector - looking forward to adding a K3 to the fleet when the dust settles...
