That used to happen to us -after- Christmas, if we complained that our lump of coal was too small or not shiny enough. How I miss those days... ;-) But wait we do. I just wonder how it is different at Elecraft today making small revisions to the radio or the documentation than it would have been if 250 radios are being run out the front doors to all parts of the globe. Then wave two puts the heat on to get their radios.
