Got a question for the wizards out there. Just had a nice qso on 40 meters and got to resetting my rit to clr and found in the regular receive mode I got a SCn on the display where it took off and scanned up the band. I thought , cool, another neat function till I stopped it by touching the key, also the tuning knob would halt the scan and it would not transmit or even go back to manual knob control. I had to turn the unit off and on and it worked fine but not sure about this SCn function. I didn't see it on the menu cheat sheet. I gotta know, help?
