I would think you'd be interested in the improved receiver and filters, espcially for rag-chewing when signal quality isn't ideal. I don't do digital modes, either, but one of the features of the K3 I'm looking forward to is its ability to decode/encode digital modes without a computer. One of the reasons I haven't bothered with digital is not wanting to take the time to figure out how to do it. Being able to just tune in a signal and go might give me the opportunity to try a mode I haven't been able to try before. I'm a light-weight contester so the second receiver option allows me to take a step up in the contesting world without much effort. The 6m capability gives me a new band to explore. This will be my first 6m-capable radio. I think the common theme is that the advanced features and specs of the radio for a person who doesn't normally put a lot of demands on a radio give me the opportunity to try something new without a lot of extra effort or equipment. It seems like that might be something appealing to you.
