I dunno, but I would have done it in Adobe Illustrator. That's my main
graphics tool. Could have been that, or Corel Draw, or any other vector-based
graphic arts program. There's nothing super-sophisticated in there, just some
well-executed use of gradient fills. Nice work! I couldn't have done it better
myself, I don't think. :-)
(What you see on the page, of course, is a relatively low-resolution
rasterized image of the vector artwork. The original vector artwork would be
resolution-independent, such that you could embed it in a PDF or other
Postscript-based environment and zoom into it to see the finest details.)
