regarding the LOW REZ ....
Fred,
The only reason that a low-resolution preliminary manual was posted is
because the file size of the high-res version is much larger. (The
Microsoft Word original is over 50 megabytes!)
We'll post a larger one anyway for those who don't mind the download
time.
