For those of you who may be interested, I sent the following query to Lisa at Elecraft:
I apologize for adding to your load but I have a quick question. I have an order in place for a K3. I would like to make changes to my order. Should I wait for a notice from Elecraft that my order is about to ship and inquiring whether I have changes to make? OR, should I go ahead (now) and tell you the changes I wish to make to my order? Lisa's response: Thank you for your inquiry. The earlier the better for changes. You can just email them to me and I can acknowledge that we have received them. Prior to shipment we will then email you copy of your invoice so that you can confirm all items. It helps us to know as soon as possible so that we can have the items you want when we ship.
