> I still don't understand how one gets/installs the 'Aux RF' socket? Currently, this location has a hole plug, reserving it for future use, most likely sometime after initial shipments. Meanwhile, a standard panel-mount BNC could be installed by the user with a ground lug, lockwasher and nut. One use for Aux RF would be to wire a mini-coax from it to a TMP plug that would mate with the auxiliary input on the KRX3. Normally, the KRX3 auxiliary input is connected to the KAT3 assembly so it can be switched in as described in the Antenna Switching PDF posted on the K3 web site. But, if one does not have the KAT3, or wants to use the KRX3 auxiliary input in a different way, then this alternative is available to them.
