From several replies I've come to wonder if there are
different feet used on different vintage HexKeys ...
I suspect Bencher buys them in bulk and maybe from
different sources and they'd have little reason to be
concerned with the firmness of the feet.
I've just compared the feet on my HexKey with the feet
on one my "BY" paddles. They're physically identical,
but of decidedly different hardness. Perhaps it's simply
a function of aging of the rubber ...
