I was talking to a friend on the phone tonight and he came up with a K3 question ..... How many dB of isolation are there between the main antenna ports and the RX antenna ports? I ask because on my current radio (an Omni VI), the noise floor when listening on my 'aux' antenna is raised when my transmit antenna is connected to the main antenna port. Of course, there are outboard devices and other mods to help this problem, but I wondered how well the K3 handles this without 'help'?
And, with the RX IN and RX OUT on the XVTR board - can you plug in a W3NQN band pass receive filter? 73 Hank K8DD -- 'Never argue with an idiot.
