Actually I don't see any reason for CE marks at all. It's just an
obstacle put in place by EU bureaucrats to help keep them in a job and
make things over here more expensive. I don't know what it was
supposed to achieve but it doesn't seem to have made a difference to
EMC - and I have the QRN levels to prove it!
