Surely the whole idea of cw is to chat to another person local or in another country albeit numbers or whatever,cw is after all a gentlemans mode and most cw operators will find time to stop and chat. Im on cw through choice and have enjoyed it very much for the past 20 years, i have microphones there in the shack drawers somewhere!.This is just my own personal opinion guys so dont fall on me from a great height please.Regards and hope to hear you at some stage.Incidentally my k2 (qrp version)going great guns and working now to finding out whats going to come out the speaker when i call cq next..
