I can still remember my first "ALMOST QSO" right after assembly of K2
#1574, some 6 or 7 years ago.
I was verifying output power on 10m to my low dipole & was a bit
disappointed to see only 8w.
But than a European station came back to my SSB "TESTING TESTING
HAAAAAAAALLO" with a "QRZ? PLEASE".
I was amazed and embarrassed and never completed the QSO, but it was at that
moment that I fell in love again......
3000+ qsos later, with some improvements and touchup, and it's on my desk,
at the front line, never to be moved away.
What a rig !
