The vaunted T1-K is without question at least nearly peerless in its class. They just ain't no other like it. Having said that, there's a fairly salient groundswell of disappointment in the plastic case. On one hand it's professional-looking and such a case ensures that all units will appear exactly the same, etc. I sort of visualize a billet aluminum case, or something similar. Has anybody seen any mods done on this case, or a completely different installation? The design is pretty well perfected, so it's not like somebody's gonna stuff it in a Whitman's Sampler box or anything--but I just wonder if there is somebody who has?
