Tom, I think there is a minor error in the A2 revision of the owner's manual:
On page 45 under the "Mic Gain/Bias" topic there is a reference to page 45 for mic bias recommendations. I think this should refer to page 13 where some mic bias info is given for specific mics under the "MIC" topic.
