I have a FT-2000D sitting next to my Orion II and a K3 on order. While the FT-2000D does not have quite the same strong signal handling capabilities as the Orion II, it is a fine radio in many respects and I would not call it "junk". I have no intention of selling it. I have also had a chance to use a K3 twice and while I was impressed enough to order one, I'm keeping the Orion II. I sincerely hope that the number of ft 2000s (junk in comparison to the K3) sold because people couldn't wait for their K3 doesn't impact K3 sales? I bet most of those ft 2000s bought will be for sale soon? i.e. for those without deep pockets. 73 Rob G3RCE
